@energyrc Those would work fine. I've flown with 65ft lines on the beach. Just keep in mind that with shorter lines, your wind window and the reaction times are shorter as well.

The only advice I would give you is to pull your hands in closer to your chest, shoulder width apart... that way you have enough range of motion to push and pull...
The wind looks like it was really cranking... Almost too much... but beggars can't be choosers huh? :)

Its not a bad idea to use them, but its really inconvenient.
You can either remove the steal rings, and tie knot at the end to attach to. Or, just attach around the steal rings.
