Hi Jorvens, thanks for your kind comments. The Siberian Tiger is the largest of all cats so they are indeed larger than barbary lions. You can find out more about both species at our website totallywild.net Just click on Port Lympne then Meet The Animals...

Congratulations for your programme, your channel and your videos. By the way, a question for you as experts: who is really bigger a Barbary lion or a Siberian tiger?
KentAnimalPark (3 months ago)
Hi Captianleo, the Howletts elephant herd is doing exceptionally well. It is the largest elephant herd in the UK and it has an exceptional demographic age range with animals as young as a few months old, through to juveniles, sub adult and fully adult animals. The group enjoys four large inter-connecting paddocks, complete with large bathing pool, shower and numerous environmental enrichment facilities to keep them occupied. You can often see the group on the webcams at totallywild.net

Thank you! Any news about Little Man is great. He was my favourite of all the cats featured on Roar. I look forward to knowing what the kittens are. Has Ben seen them? He must be proud. I would be.

Hi kimmykid, great news - Little Man the Pallas Cat at Howletts has just become a father! He was paired with a female from Colchester Zoo and they have produced 6 beautiful kittens. We won't know what sexes they are until they're a little but older, but watch this space...

I love the keeper interviews. One with Ben Warren would be good. Or snowman-builder Chris at Port Lympne. Any updates on Little Man (the Pallas Cat) would be appreciated. Thank you.

The Rusty Spotted Kittens are almost grown up now. They're all doing very well and have been given Sinhalease names - the female (who now has only one eye after a scrap with her brother!) has been named Manika, meaning Gem, because she is a little gem! The boys have all been named for their beautiful rich colours; Kasun and Ruwan, both meaning Gold and Ravi, meaning Sun.
