**BREAKING NEWS!!**

Mike and Carrie are ENGAGED!! :) Carrie's publicist, Jessie Schmidt, has confirmed that Mike popped the question on Sunday, December 20th, 2009 in front of friends and family and that Carrie has said YES! No wedding date has been set yet and no word as to if Carrie will change her last name to Fisher or stay an Underwood.

Congratulations Mike and Carrie! You guys deserve nothing but the best and we couldn't be more happier for you -- love you guys! We wish you great happiness as you start the rest of your lives together! =)

GRAMMY nominations are in!!

The Grammy nominations for 2010 were announced on Dec. 2nd and our Carrie picked up two more! Carrie is nominated for:

--Best Female Country Vocal: Just A Dream
--Best Country Collaboration: I Told You So w/ Randy Travis

Carrie has 4 Grammy wins so far -- hopefully we can add 2 more to that total! Carrie's categories will most likely be announced during the Grammy pre-show, just like last year. As soon as we have a time and link for the live stream that night -- we will post it here. The 2010 Grammy awards air live on January 31st at 8pm EST on CBS. Congrats Carrie!! =)


Carrie has been nominated for 2 People's Choice awards for 2010!! She is up for:

Carrie's latest single "Cowboy Casanova" peaked at #1 on the Mediabase country charts on November 3rd, 2009 and stayed there for 1 week on the Billboard charts. This now makes 11 straight #1 singles for Carrie off her first 3 albums!! Congrats Carrie! =)

Carrie's second single off Play On is "Temporary Home!" It has officially hit radio as of December 14th......let the requesting begin!! "TH" enters the Top 30 on Dec. 13th! =)
