Some years ago, the mankind created one artificial entity called "Miku". By the years, has served for multiple purposes. One day, the things on the laboratory doesn´t goes correctly and the situation becames out of control.

After the introduction, I comment some things about this short. This video takes almost 3 weeks to complete. I don´t know how to animate correctly some things so this process take almost 1 week. The second stage is assemble the pieces of animation.

With the video mounted, I need to add sounds. Today (8 march 2009) I finished this task. After that, I need to sync the sounds. This took me 2 days. The last stage is add visual effects. This took some hours.

I "hope" you like this small MMD short. Enjoy!

Wow! As you can see, this video have heavy custom work behind.

After several days on the making, I offer you a custom Seto No Hanayome Ending, with custom moving characters, custom vocaloid song with Kagamine Rin lyrics, miku animation graphics and background cleaning & redraw (XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD)

First of all, I need to clean the original picture and re-draw heavily most of the BG with photoshop. This take almost 4 days for the result.

Search 31 characters I like from videogames & anime... Some are taken from videogames, other are PVC figures...

Clean all the characters with a green background. This takes almost 7 days.

The music are maked in 3 or 4 days

I writed a custom prog. for the character movement. This takes 30 minutes

I maked the miku animation. This takes 20 min or also.

Finally, I put all the work on the video editor... And magic! XDDDD

First of all, THIS IS REAL! you need these:

-Extractor (By nova software)
-Sega Genesis Checksum fixer (of your preference)
-One mod ISN´T BIGGER THAN 91KB
-Some emulator for testing


1º - You can extract the original MOD selecting the file, selecting the filter "MOD" and searching. After that extract it to one directory.

2º - For insert MODS, open the ROM, search for MODS and replace it (See the video) with a MOD (Protracker module 4channels, there are MODS with more than 4 channels) isn´t bigger than 91kb

3º - When it´s prompt with "if you chose NO, the rest of the original file... choose "NO"


4º - You now have a custom MOD on Toy Story xDDD


NOTE: The ending song and opening song are in one file, the ending song starts at order 13 and start pattern is 17. Maybe if you put one MOD without a order 13 may crash.

Other info:

The MOD is 91,7kb long and it´s stereo. Isn´t have information on samples or don´t have some text on it. All the samples used are in 8 bit, some looped. For it´s time (1995) is amazing how Travellers Tales maked a MOD player for a Genesis game.

I think is the only cart that have a bunch of impressive things, like the claw machine stage, it´s like Wolf 3d, but with a 68000 and a unpowerfull VDP.

When I listened the opening years ago, I thought that this song are a bunch of PCM samples with a loop, but thinking on the 32 mbit limit, today I think that are too much space for the Opening & Ending sequences... After some years, I thought on other thing:A 4 channel MOD... So yesterday I used a ripper... and bingo!.
