A brave young man set out across the sea
To forge his way, to find his place, to just be free
Many moons had come and gone, he grew courageous - heart was strong
He conquered violent stormy seas

No time passed when he was named captain
The whole crew cheered, but he concealed, his secret fears

The seas turned dark

Lady Ocean fought back everything they gave
She never wasted time at pulling any sailors to her grave
This young man started losing hope when he saw that tidal wave
He saw her face and knew he could be brave

A brave young man returned from life at sea
He forged his way, he found his place, and now hes free
With his young love now by his side, their friendship deepens as the tides
The years to come were so happy

Now theres a myth heard far and wide
If you listen close; The Ocean she cries
For a sailors life she craves -
