Download Veoh WebPlayer Beta. After that, just search for a video, like Inuyasha 90 English Dub or something. Click on a video. Then under that video click Download Options. Under that click Download to WebPlayer.

Any anime episodes you can't find on veoh, you can use a free online converter to download to your computer by using the link. YouTube videos work fine usually because they're no longer than 10 minutes^^

Or you could look for an anime torrent; but you have to download LimeWire or uTorrent to start downloading those. (I use LimeWire) :P
