Lynn Jenkins has obviously never been sick and had everything she ever worked for taken away from her because she couldn't afford healthcare....that's coming from a former state employee who had health insurance through the State of KS. If I COULD buy my own, I WOULD, and I DID. But now, even w/ medicaid....a $7000 spend down? Give me a break. They took my house, my credit, and now KPERS is working their tail off to deny me my retirement, though I am on my freak'n death bed w/ lupus, unable to walk much less work, doing chemo, and I served this state with great pride. I am sickened. The content in my videos are a dream....remembering when. Oh to have a good day again.
