for the one that looks like a cigarette i think its a Rn508 or something weird but any way if you take a small "primer puff" first to heat it up then a long drag it works great. Also best thing to do is cover up one of the holes and it heats up even better. But all i can say is 6v is where its at...

Ya lots of busy days sadly which makes the diet the hardest part since i like to sleep in and then run late and dont pack lunch :-p but i still squeeze the workouts in even if its late at night. Look forward to following u and seeing ur results too :-)

Ha used to think people doing it looked silly at the gym myself but after trying it and seeing the fitness the people had that did it blown away. Try doing it with no breaks and at least not puking and reconsider

@fireheartkid prolly all depends how far your live from the location they ship from but they didnt take too long for me and I live in the northeast. Usally a week or two is the longest it takes for anything I order.
