The official YouTube home of KTP - formerly Katie Parker & The Elements. We are a four-piece indie rock band hailing from Cambridge, UK fronted by the powerful voice of Katie Parker and featuring the enigmatic talents of Dave White. KTP aim to bring high-quality, all-live (and unedited) music to YouTube.

Unless otherwise stated, the music is performed 100% live in front of the camera with the music being simultaneously recorded into a Roland VS-2480 multi-track recorder. The raw audio is then exported to Cubase SX3 for processing (e.g. reverb and compression) and then mixdown. The music is not edited or tampered with, except to clean up microphone bleed, particularly from the vocal mic. The final mix is then synchronised back to the video in MovieMaker, using the raw audio reference from the camera to aid synchronisation.
