This is GTA IV running completely maxed out [1680x1050] on my PC. It really is a masterpiece of a game, very beautiful and realistic, definitely one of the best games ever made, and it runs flawlessly on my PC.
FPS while recording with FRAPS: ~25FPS
FPS while not recording: 40+ FPS

Note that in addition, I now have 4GB Ram 800Mhz instead of 2GB. Made gaming noticeably smoother.
I've also OC'ed my Q6600 to 3.0Ghz.
