I live in Jersey, made a transition from a published poet into spoken word artist and MC. I have released five official projects.
1. Soulful Stuff & All That Jazz - An uplifting and at times dark album, ranging from brass laden celebrations to moody, sparse beats... full of honesty.
2. Ideary Me - A remix album of Ty's Special Kind Of Fool Instrumentals, which has gained acclaim from reviewers for its lyricism.
3. The Scatterbrain EP - An 8 track project over US & UK productions, a bit more commercial in sound... but still good, pure Hip Hop.
4. The Christmas Tapes - An 8 track project recorded in the space of a week... praised as an ambitious, creative and witty collection of tracks.
5. All That I Am - Inspired by The Foreign Exchange, Nicolay production provides the soulful soundscape for stories of love, loss and the pursuit of happiness.
5. Who Is This Man? -This to me, is my most ambitious and creative piece of work. It's design is to be my introduction to you, even if you know me, you may not KNOW me .. and so this project really aims to sort that out.
As for the music, expect a range of classic 90's production spanning all the way into the futuristic stuff, and as for the subject matter.. its just your everyday character going through love, lust, anger, desperation and happiness. I hope you can find something of yourself in this project and enjoy listening as much as I have enjoyed making it.
