Whitney popped in a dvd and sat down on her couch with a bowl of popcorn and cloe beside here. Whitney was half way into the movie when there was a knock at the door. Whitney got up from her comfy spot on the couch and answered the door. She opened the door and could feel her knees shake. That coudlnt be her. But was it?



Whitney: Mom?

Mom: Whitney? darling? oh I found you. *hugs her*


Whitney: *pulling away* uhh I'm sorry You must have the wrong house.

Mom: No I dont. Isnt this Whitney. *pulls out a picture*

Whitney: Where did you get that?

Mom: silly, I took it.

Whitney: *confused* You cant be my mom. *cries*

Mom: Whitney dont cry.

Whitney: Why did you leave me? dad?

Mom: Leave you?



Whitney slamed the door. That couldnt be her mom. Her mom left her and her dad when she was only a baby. How cruel can people be.? No matter how much she looked like her mom, she wasnt going to believe it. Whitney didnt know what to do. The only thing she could think of doing was calling dad.


Whitney: Dad! Thank god you picked up.

Dad: *worried* whitney whats wrong?

Whitney: Someone showed up at my door saying they're my mom. They cant be right dad? *silence* dad?

Dad: Whitney I got to go *really fast*

Whitney: Wait dad! dad? hello?



Whitney threw her phone on the couch walking back and forth thinking of what to do. Whitney went back to the door and opened it just a crack to see if she left. Whitney saw no one so she opened it a little more and no one. Just when she was about to close it someone put their hand on the doornob. Whitney screamed thinking someone was going to come in. Her "mom" told her not to scream. Whitney did what she was told. Her mom came in the apartment and locked the door.


Whitney: Look just take what you want just dont hurt me.


Mom: Hurt you? I'm not going to hurt you.

Whitney: I'm calling the cops.

Mom: Oh no you dont. *grabs the phone*

Whitney: Your not my mom!

Mom: Yes I am. If I wasnt your mom would I know that you were born on June 28th.


Whitney: Anyone would know that.

Mom: would they know the exact time? 11:59 pm

Whitney: *eyes go big* You just cant be my..

Mom: Your mom? what makes it so hard to believe?

Whitney: *cries* why did you leave?! I had to grow up with no mother. Why are you just coming into my life now when I needed you the most when I was younger!

Mom: whitney *tries to hug her*

Whitney: get away from me! I dont want anything to do with you.


Whitney has never been so upset in her life. She always dreamed of her mom coming back but not now. She couldnt look her mom in the eyes. It was like she was a stranger. Whitney waited for her mom to say something more but she was silent. Whitney walked to the door and told her to get out. Her mom followed Whitney's wishes and walk to the door.


Mom: You know, I never left you.

Joe got up and walked out on the street onto the other side. Whitney starred just confused. He just walked away. Whitney sat there waiting to see if he would come back. Whitney heard footsteps coming from the sidewalk. She turned her head and screamed Joe.

Spencer: Joe? who is Joe?

Whitney: *suprised* Spencer! uh no one. what are you doing here?

Spencer: Dont you need a ride home.?




Whitney stares out onto the road. She did need a ride. There was no taxi in sight. She got up from the ground and walked with Spencer to his car. She buckeled her seat belt as Spencer drove off. On the ride to her apartment she thought over and over what Joe did. She was so hoping for him to kiss her. But he didnt. He just walked away. Yeahh just like high school. Whitney looked at Spencer as he looked at her and smiled. Whitney smiled back and looked at her shoes. Did she love spencer?
Spencer parked outside her apartment. Whitney looked up from looking at her shoes and thanked Spencer. She kissed him on the lips and said goodbye. Spencer drove off as she entered into her apartment.


Whitney: I didnt feel anything.




Whitney wakes up with someone banging on her door. She got out of her bed looked at the clock and started to freak out. She missed class! Just when she was about to cry she remembered about the person banging on her door. She screamed who it was and in a fimilar voice she opened up the door.


Dad: Do you want to explain this?

Whitney: Where did you get that?

Dad: Where did I get it? I got it in a store.

Whitney: *crying* dad I can explain.

Dad: Explain? Why are you out late partying in a club that your not supposed to be in?

Whitney: Dad I'm sorry.

Dad: I dont want you seeing this rich stupid dumbass.

Whitney: His name is spencer. Spencer dad!

Dad: He doesnt care about you Whitney.

Whitney: Yes he does dad! You dont understand.

Dad: I understand enough that you havent been doing good in school either. Or that half the teacher dont even remeber you.

Whitney: You went to my school!

Dad: Yes whitney I have. You are out of control. You dont go to school anymore you dont call or anything

Whitney:I'm not out of control dad! maybe it's just becuase you wont let me follow my own dreams.

Dad: Your own dreams?

Whitney: yes dad! I want to be a singer and you want me to be some business woman. I'm not like you dad! I will never be like you!

Dad: I dont want you to be like me. but you need to go to college.

Whitney: Last time I checked, I decide what's best for me.

Dad: Last time I checked, I'm the one paying for all your stuff.

Whitney: I love you daddy *hugs him*

Dad: Yeah yeah, you better get your grades up.

Whitney: *stops hugging him* dad I cant.

Dad: Why not?

Whitney: I got kicked out.

Dad: Whitney!

Whitney: Dad I'm sorry.

Dad: I'm dissappointed. *walks out the room*




Whitney looked at the magazine that her dad left. She read the front cover over and over again. "Party girl, Will she ever stop?" Whitney threw the magazine in the trash and cried on the couch. She offically ruined her future. First she isnt going to college and second who would want to hire a party animal?
Whitney just didnt know what to do.

Whitney is the girl you would dream of being. Rich, beautiful, and has the perfect boyfriend. She lives in a beautiful apartment by the beach. Oh and all her stuff is designer with her oh so fancy BMW. And dont forget famous. Okayy so whitney isnt famous but her boyfriend Spencer is. His Parents own ALOT of clubs in Hollywood. His family is known all over hollywood. On mtv, magazines, Everywhere! Dont forget his incredible looks, and uhh erhh charm? Okayy so he has his moments alot but Whitney knows deep down inside he is a nice person.Right?




Whitney sits on her couch petting her dog cloe going over the letter she recived from the school. Whitney was in shock and tears. They have threaten her that if her grades dont come up then they are forced to kick her out. Kick her out? Whitney couldnt believe what she was reading. Whitney was startled by an incoming call. She stopped reading the letter and answered her phone. It was spencer. Whitney knew what he was calling for and sadly she fell for it all the time. She hung up and ran into her walk in closet and picked out a sexy dress. She put her make up on grabbed her purse and headed to the door. She waited for Spencer's exspensive sports car to pull up to the door. When it arrived she climbed into the front seat and kissed spencer. She asked what club they were going to this time but he just said it was a surprise. Sometimes Whitney just wondered if she was just using him to get into clubs. But she loved him....right?
Since Spencer was 24, he could get Whitney into anything and well with a fake ID too since she was only 19. Whitney knew what she does is wrong but it was soo wrong it felt good. Whitney was addicted.


Whitney: Spencer where are we?

Spencer: It's called the Plum

Whitney: *laughs* what kind of name is that?

Spencer: The name of my dad's club.

Whitney: *stops laughing* oh

Spencer: It's okayy lets just go in.

Whitney: Spencer! *looking through her purse* I cant find my ID.

Spencer: *laughs* Your funny. You dont need one silly. My family owns it.

Whitney: Well then lets go in! *excited*



Spencer and Whitney party the night away. Whitney danced out on the dance floor having a good time when she noticed someone across the room. Whitney went into hiding. Why was he here? More importantly how? Spencer went behind whitney and whispered what she was doing. Whitney jumped in her place not thinking it was Spencer. Whitney didnt answer Spencer's questions and just told him it was time to go. Spencer was alittle confused and frankly he didnt want to leave. Whitney rolled her eyes and told Spencer she was going home, alone. Spencer was a little angry but could care less when he heard someone was buying shots for everyone. Whitney snuck out without being seen.


Whitney: *breaths in* I knew I could do it.

Person: Are you talking to yourself.?


Whitney froze in her place. Damn it! Just when she thought she left without him seeing her. Whitney didnt even turn around. She just walked forward. The person followed her asking her questions. Whitney ignored them and kept walking. Thats when he grabbed her shoulder and he turned her around.


Person: Why dont you answer my txts or calls anymore?

Whitney: *sighs* maybe I just want to forget you.

Person: But why? Why cant we be friends.

Whitney: No one can be just friends Joe.

Joe: Why not prove them wrong?

Whitney: Joe we all know what will happen if we talk more.

Joe: What? You'll start falling for me like you always do *smiles*

Whitney: no, like I did. *sighs*

Joe: Dont go back to that.

Whitney: What? That you make me feel like I'm in high school again?

Joe: Yes, that.

Whitney: But it's true and you even know that.


Whitney looks at Joe one more time in silence and walks away from him. Joe starred at her as she walked away from him. When whitney walked around the corner out of sight, she sat on the side of the sidewalk crying in her lap. How could she be stuck between two people important to her? Thats when she felt someone's cold hand run down her arm. It gave her goose bumps. At first she thought it was some hobo guy but she knew who it was when the goose bumps came. There was only one person who could give her those. She lifted her head and saw those dark brown eyes again.


Joe: Dont walk away like you always do.

Whitney: Why are you here, in california?

Joe: I live here remember or did you just forget "everything" about me?

Whitney: I forgot.

Joe: Now what where you doing in that club?

Whitney: I could ask you the same thing.

Joe: *smiles* fine, you got me.

Whitney: just like high school huh?

Joe: *smile fades* would this be like high school again?

Whitney sits there watching Joe. What was he going to do?

When we left off Nicki was being dropped off at school for her first day since she had moved

"Your sure you ready Nicki?" asked her dad as she began getting out of the car. "Yes dad im positive, now see you after school" Nicki slammed the car door and started walking towards the opening doors. There were girls and guys everywhere talking and stuff, just normal people. She was hesitant to go to the doors, but was stopped by someone. "Hi im Nick, you must be Nicki, im supposed to show you around today" the boy said. He was about 3 inches taller then Nicki with brown curly hair. She looked up at him and just kinda stared. "You wanna go to first period now? we have matching schedules." Nick said. Nicki now snapped out of her daze. "Oh ya sure let's go" On the way to first period her and Nick talked, and he invited her to a party tonight. It wasnt exactly a party, it was just a get together, everyone was going to the movies, so he invited her. She said yes, and for the rest of the day, she couldnt get his name out of her mind.

FF: later that night.

"O my god what should i wear!" Nicki screamed as she through clothes all over her room. "Who are you talking to?" asked her mom. she must have snuck in. "Oh just myself, im going to the movies tonight" "But you dont have a ride" said her mom. "Yes i do, my friend nick is taking me, and you need to leave, im getting ready." Nicki's mom finally left the room, and Nicki began looking for an outfit. She finally picked out the perfect skirt with flip flops and a hollister t shirt. She grabbed her purse and waited by the front door. Finally the door bell rang. "Hey, wow you look really nice" Nick said blushing as he looked down at Nicki. "Thanks you do too, we should get going now, bye mom!" "Bye honey, have fun."
Nick and Nicki started driving, whenever Nicki got suspicious. "What movie theatre are we going to, we have been driving for like a half hour.?" Nick just ignored her question and finally pulled into a parking lot, near other cars on a hill. Below the hill was a fair with tons of people. "Wait, Nick i thought we were going to a movie?" "Um, i kinda tricked you, but not really, well the truth is i wanted to ask you out on a date, but i didnt have the guts to, so i lied and said we were going to the movies." Nick said, looking down and messing with the ring on his finger. "Nick you should have just asked me, i would have said yes, Nick i really like you" Nicki said. "Really?" "Really." nicki answered. And the moment they both wanted to happen, happened. They leaned in, closer, and closer, and finally kissed. Fireworks from the fair started going off as the kissed, almost like Nick planned it. Finally they seperated. They both just stared at eachother. Nicki smiled, stared, and let out a whisper, saying. "Oh My God."

"You guys ruined my life, just so you know" Nicki said to her parents as they pulled into the driveway of there new house. "Nicki, honey, we had to move, your dad got a new job and our house was way too small! Plus, what is wrong with Texas?" "Everything mom! its boring, ugly, and hot here. I hate it already"

Nicki had been forced to move due to the fact that her dad had to relocate, and her mom was pregnant, meaning they would need some more bedrooms. The new house was great though, as much as Nicki hated to admit it. It was failry big, but it was a huge upgrade compared to the small two bedroom one bath apartment they came from. The worst part though is that Nicki had to go to a new school. She hated new schools, she has transfered three times so far.


"Now Nicki go unpack and get your school clothes ready for tomorow, its startin to get late" said her dad. He some what felt bad that she had to move, and leave her friends, and her boyfriend. "Alright whatever." Nicki said as she grabbed her bags and dragged them to her room down that hall. She through everything on her bed and began to cry. She left the best life she has ever had. She had an amazing best friend, Tara, and an amazing boyfriend. He was the best boyfriend she could ever have. They had been dating for nearly 4 months when she had to cut it off with him. There was no possible way for a long distance relationship. He was in Maine. She was in Texas. That pretty much draws the line on long distance relationships. "Why did this happen, why is my life so horrible. No never mind, i need to keep positive, okay this will work out, maybe ill find friends, maybe i will do good at school. Okay let's go with that" Nicki said to herself as she through her convers and flip flops onto the floor. She finally picked out her outfit, silver convers, skinnys, and a tank. She thought it went great together. But before she knew it, she was sound asleep, laying in her piles of clothes in her empty bedroom.


"Nicki come on sweety get up!" shreeked Nickis mom at the crack of dawn, well not exactly, it was only 6:30 a.m. " Come on mom! i dont wannna go!" said Nicki as she got up and started to curl her long blonde hair. " Well you have to, your father will take you to schoolm, be ready by seven." Nicki just looked at her mom and groaned as she left the room. Nicki curled her hair, brushed her teeth, then got dressed. She put on her complete outfit and grabbed a bag off the floor. She did on quick mirror check and left.
