Miscellaneous oddities and ephemera collected and/or edited by Brian R. Johnson over the years.

BRIAN R. JOHNSON has worked extensively in film, video and sound editing for over 20 years. He co-produced and edited the feature length "Plaster Caster," a documentary about the life and work of renowned rock-n-roll artist and super groupie Cynthia Plaster Caster. He also edited and created sound design for "The Guilt Trip: The Vatican Takes a Holiday," Lisa Barcy's animated, award winning short film. He is currently editing a video for Andrew Bird also animated by Barcy.

Johnson started his post production career in Chicago's animation community, doing production, illustration and painting.

In 1990 he joined advertising agency Ogilvy & Mather in a full time editorial position. In 1995 Johnson moved to Avenue Edit Inc. one of Chicago's premier post production facilities. There he edited a variety national television commercials and served as post-production supervisor. In 2003 he joined legendary advertising agency, Foote, Cone & Belding (now DraftFCB) as a senior editor, continuing his efforts in parting the American people from their hard earned money.

During the summer of '07, Johnson packed up the family and headed west. He landed in Des Moines Iowa where he now proudly calls ScreenScape Studios home.

Johnson has also made his mark in Chicago's prestigious theatre scene -- winning two Joseph Jefferson awards for sound design.

In his spare time he writes short autobiographical blurbs about himself in the third person.
