If you are many, say 200 people Miscavige cannot fair-game you and if he tries to he is exposed. If you wear masks, he can pay thugs with same masks to do a crime and the police has the resources to data-base and scrutinize you as a criminal group, immediately and you cannot be eliminated from being a suspect. So, with masks you get fair-gamed and destroyed FASTER than Gerry Armstrong or Paulette Cooper. When the others in the mob are wearing masks you don't know who they are, you can get scapegoated and data-based by the Police for Their crimes.
