I know I said a remake of this video was in the works about a year ago, but I suppose late is better than never.

This video here is a remake of the second AMV I ever made, which can be viewed for comparison in the video responses section. It depicts the death of Vegeta at the hands of Frieza, and Goku's subsequent battle with the tyrant. Interspersed in parts are flashbacks to Bardock's mutany against Frieza, his death, and the destruction of the Saiyan home world.

The original video, as well as this remake, were set to Tool's "Parabol" and "Parabola", combined to form one long song. Both songs can be found on Tool's "Lateralus" album.

Next AMV: The conclusion of the Majin Buu saga. I can't say it's going to be soon, since that's what I said after the last one (and look how soon that ended up being), but I'll have it out as soon as I can. It's definitely going to be the longest music video I've ever made, at 14 minutes. I hope I can make it work.

Hello again, everybody. I'm back from a four month hiatus, and it's with my first Dragonball Z AMV in over a year, just in time for it's 20th anniversary.

I'm gonna tell you right now, before I start the history story, to watch it in High Quality. For some reason, YouTube threw it off-sync when it's played normally.

The AMV I've made this time around is one I've had planned for many years. I wanted to make a Majin Vegeta AMV right after my famous Cell Games AMV (set to Disturbed's "Stricken"). Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on how you look at it), the songs I had in mind didn't work as well as I had hoped. So, rather than release a sub-par AMV with songs that I didn't satisfy me, I chose to wait and make other music videos.

Then came around Disturbed's "Indestructible" album, which had the song "Perfect Insanity". The way the song was structured was perfect for the way I wanted to tell the Majin Vegeta story. Except, more misfortune befell me, as the episodes I had originally used to make my Dragonball Z videos had disappeared from the internet.

So, I had to wait until FUNimation re-released this saga in their remastered boxed sets. I grabbed a copy as soon as it became available, and began work on it. I hope it's worth the two-and-a-half-year wait.

(Oh yes, and for those curious, the songs I originally had in mind were two by KoRn. One was "Clown" from their self-titled debut album, and the other was the b-side "Eaten Up Inside", from the special edition of their "See You on the Other Side" album.)

This video is the first AMV I ever made, back in the spring of 2005. It was shown in my high school's anime club, where reception was varied. Apparently, not many people liked Rammstein, or Dragonball Z for that matter.

This is a remade version of my first AMV, which was set to Rammstein's "Mein Teil" ("My Part)" (off of the Reise, Reise album), using the extended edition version of the song from the Mein Teil single.

It's still choppy and jumpy at times, but there's nothing I can do about it. I just hope you like it anyways. Enjoy.

Side Note: This video has been remade a second time, this time with a different song, along with a completely new AMV in the same video. The new AMV is based on the Z-Fighters' fight with Nappa, and is set to "J-E-N-O-V-A", composed by Nobuo Uematsu and The Black Mages, for the Final Fantasy VII Advent Children Original Sountrack. The second AMV is remade from this one, which depicts Goku's fight with Vegeta, and is now set to "Advent: One-Winged Angel", also composed by Nobuo Uematsu and The Black Mages for the Final Fantasy VII Advent Children Original Soundtrack.

The new video was made using the newly remastered, widescreen DVD footage from the season boxed sets, which means it's in much better quality than this one (which was ripped from TV). Here it is, an AMV I've been wanting to make since I began making AMVs. This is Neon Genesis Evangelion, pretty much a summarization of the entire series, set to "Himmelfahrt" ("Ascension", literally, "Journey to Heaven") by Megaherz, which is the title track of their third album.

Some messages I've received recently have been asking me to view some music videos and give some advice.

So, rather than answer each one separately, I've decided to make a video montage that addresses some rules that I follow when I'm making an AMV. It's done in the style of Adult Swim's "bumper" segments they'd put in-between shows.
