Hi Jeeperrandy, I managed to practice iaido for a couple of months before being diagnosed with AS (Anchylosant spondilitys, a form of arthritis). This was 3 years ago, and now I'm feeling better, although my back, feet, and hand hurt from time to time. Any advises on how to go back to Iaido??? is it hard on your arthritis?? or it helps??? tell me!!
