Secrets of South China and Tibet

Visit to South China, Tibet and Nepal in 2005. The trip started in Shanghai. Via the minorities of South-West China we traveled to Dali, Lijiang and Chengdu. Extremes of Peru and Bolivia

Holiday trip to Peru and Bolivia in August 2008. We traveled the "classical" route from Lima via Pisco and Arequipa with a side trip to the Colca canyon to Puno at the Titikaka lake. From there we went to Copacabana in Bolivia. We visited various islands on the lake including the floating islands. Next step was Cusco. We visited the Manu area jungle by means of a small airplane and of course we saw the sacred valley and Machu Picchu.

Het Historisch OpenluchtMuseum Eindhoven laat het verleden van de stad Eindhoven herleven. Eindhoven viert dit jaar haar 777-jarig bestaan als stad. In 1232 ontving Eindhoven de stadsrechten van Hertog Hendrik I van Brabant. Het museum bestaat uit een reconstructie van het dorpje 'Eversham' uit de ijzertijd (750 50 vóór Christus), een hoeve van rond het jaar1000 en het middeleeuwse stadje 'Endehoven' (1250 1600 na Christus).
