Abt your Sorenson clip...It was wildly inappropriate of you to put that lady's video on the internet. She had a problem w/ her camera and she adjusted it. Things like that happen to hearing people with customer service too! Did that really impact your life so negatively to warrant your intense anger and publicly humiliating someone just trying to do their job?
