Hey Steve. So what's the deal with all of KC Coles' videos being taken down? I assume this is some legal matter and that is why they were removed. Is he no longer with the company? I really enjoyed his videos and am disappointed that they were removed. Thanks.

I had posted earlier that I have opined incorrectly about you, and made some illogical and yes, asinine comments/assumptions.
Customer Service hunted you down, since they couldn't/wouldn't answer my question, but this was many years ago.
Perhaps I have misperceived your delivery as "arrogant" and "smarmy", when in-fact it may just be a matter of a "nervous amateur" , and it was wrong of me to go off on you.
And particularly unfair to attack your Spanish

Thanks for the kind words! May I clarify a few of your slanderous comments. First, I never worked in the Customer Service Department. I do not talk down to everybody as you stated, I pride myself on always treat people with respect. on a lighter note, I do admire your expert knowledge in the science of Body language. I just thought that I was a nervous amateur interviewing Lew Rothman, a man that I have admired and respected for twenty years. But I guess that my " closed, and submissive body-language" really means that I am indeed arrogant. By the way, what was wrong with your cigars? maybe I can help.

I have never been a big fan of Steve Nathan. IMO he's arrogant, and always talks-down to everybody (I have had an encounter with him through JR's customer service division, wherein he told me that there "was nothing wrong" with the cigars that I had called to complain about... so much for the customer always being right!)
KC is/was definitely no BS, and if you want to really see into Steve... check out his closed, and submissive body-language while interviewing Lew Rothman.
