It's all about the journey...

Here is a very slowed down clip from a video I posted on fiveawesomekitties a few weeks ago (see video reply to see the real-time speed). It catches...something...a ghost? Any guesses? I don't know what it is, but if it isn't a ghost, I haven't heard of any good explanations yet.
