Not my real name and not inspired by any real person with the exact same name either. I had just randomly thought of it when I created my account in 2006. At the time I've had been in holidays in Morocco and Egypt. I've met really hospitable people there and some of their names were Ibrahim, Hassan etc. I thought they had a nice ring to them, so I guess that's where I got it from :D. I've also went to Istanbul in Turkey in 2010. That was a very interesting city to visit, as western and oriental cultures clash in unexpected ways.
I'm mostly an open-minded person when it comes to respecting other people's beliefs, culture, sex-orientation etc. When I can during holidays I enjoy travelling to countries which customs differ greatly from my own to acquire new perspectives. I feel a special attraction to oriental culture in general (but mostly Japanese culture). I do get easily bored of seeing the same old landscape and people most of the year...
