On a small and foreign machine in the Motor City: "What are you, un-American, son?" Yes, it really is vintage. No, I'm not sure you should buy one. Well, it burns oil, and they're illegal to import now, so it's not really "green." Oh, and there's no one left to work on them anymore, so here's your wrench. There are four manual gears and it's fast enough on 10 inch tires to race you to the next stop light. 800 miles in 3 days; that's my record, anyway. ...and if all you really want to know is the miles per gallon, well, perhaps a twist-and-go is more what you're after...
