Hymns Remixed is a concept and creation by Aaron Stricker, a Member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, husband to beautiful wife, Leanne and father of twin girls Kali and Aaliyah

Aaron spent his early years in a sonically robust family and on introduction, he developed an instant bond with musical instruments. Guitar and Piano were learnt first. Next bass, keyboards then drums in his teenage years while involved with alternative rock music.

At the age of 17 he attended "Music School" at Bradfield College, Crows Nest, Sydney. Here he had a chance to collaborate with other musicians and moved on from his beloved four track tape recorder into a new world of options with Synth and Sample based music. From then on he would pursue this love and be further educated in producing, engineering and song writing.

A few years pass and after going on a mission for his church, getting married, working with many bands and experimental projects, Hymns Remixed is born in 2005 with a remix of an Elders hymn entitled "Missionary" with an Australia Perth Mission companion Kent Loli on lead Vocals. Having never produced religious music before he found it inspiring, versatile and an edifying change from the usual content in contemporary music.

This also inspired a concept to "update" the accompaniment music in the children's songbook and the more traditional LDS hymns, thousands of hours were focused on this new project and the final editions are now available to the public as a free download with the option to donate.
