I only had that one dream about Miley. However 3 or so other times I had a dreams about another person in which it felt like I was actually with them in the dream! But unfortunately I never asked those people about it to see if we actually were in each others' dreams, because it was too awkward to ask. I wonder if it possible for two people to communicate like that while they're dreaming... :)
