I find it rather disturbing that this gentleman's testimony in front of the House Judiciary committee was cut off by the Republican minority leader of the house invoking the 2 hour rule at another time, and now, it seems, you cannot provide us with a clear version of this testimony. One might think this was more than mere coincidence.
