About Me:
 
My name is Kit and I'm currently in recovery from anorexia and depression. All my videos are about recovering from eating disorders. I guess the reason I make videos is because of my own experiences with anorexia. Anorexia is such a deceptive thing and I guess once I realised that...once I began to see through the illusions it presented to me, it made me angry to to discover that I had been so well deceived.

Making videos and watching other recovery videos helps me. And if I can help just one other person to develop insight into their eating disorder then I will have suceeded here.

Eating disorders make you feel utterly powerless and that is the greatest lie of all. It IS possible to recover from an eating disorder.

Thank you thank you thank you thank you for making so many videos. I try to stay away from many videos involving eating disorders mostly because I find it difficult to sit through, but your videos are the ones I come back to when I really need a lift, when I need that bit of support I need to get through a hard day. I have been on this whole recovery journey for four years now and out of that four years I have not used restricting behaviors for five months and no purging or binging for over two. thank you thank you thank you for being there when I doubted myself!
