Thank You. I admire your confidence. The finished gears, that work the way you want, is fine proof of your skill.

Awesome videos... I think you have just inspired me to get a couple little sherline machines.
Please lets see some of that worm or helical (whatever that spiral hob was for) gear love.
I have a college degree in mechanical engineering, which means I know alittle about everything and nothing about everything, so my thirst for knowledge is never ending. I think its great how thoroughly you presented what you knew and admitted when you werent sure about whats right or wrong, but just know what works. Very practical and inspiring. Just get out there and do it. I love it.

Great videos. You are an intuitive teacher. Thank you for taking the time to put these together. I have been attempting to make a gear box for a remote control tracked vehicle using your videos as my primary inspiration. I notice you took down the videos about making the hobs, is it possible that you could tell me if you have posted them elsewhere? I jotted down notes the first time I had seen them (because my internet PC isn't where my machines are) and when I went back to review, they were gone.
Thank you.
