Grand Master of the Ho-Shin-Ryu a form of karate from Okinawa also known as ninjitsu. I have been into the martial arts for 54 years and have studied in Okinawa off and on for about 12 years. I served two tours in Viet Nam during the war as a sniper and a scout, in the USMC and left as a sergeant E-5 after 4 years service with an Honorable discharge.

The secret to the power of the Ho-Shin-Ryu training system is the uses of a power known as Ki flow. Ki is the energy that is given off by every thing that move and you learn to focus that energy into your body. Then you channel that energy into your hand and strike what ever you are breaking. You can not have any dout in you mind as to the fact that no-one should be able to break the object that you are breaking.
