"Nationalism in the Helgan Empire is a very high thing. Posters show how much pride is put into their Empire. When I visited their main planet it was very clean and storm clouds block a lot of the sky so you cant really see in from space. The Helghast have high security on their home planets and the planets in their galaxy. A lot of places I went they had posters for events and Nationalism. Later that week I was there I saw an event that blew me away it was a parade march by the Helghast military, It even put pride into me to see them march. The soldiers legs went up all together and came down all together. The Emperor even came out and spoke a powerful speech and then the parade marched again. Just millions of soldiers and crowds and people on different planets in the galaxy saw it if they tuned in."
