I saw Mysterious Skin last Saturday night. It was a
late-night movie on TV. The film was excellent, with Joseph Gordon-Levitt putting in a powerful acting performance.
I liked your clip, and the music soundtrack matches the content of the video. You are quite right : the content of the movie was disturbing to say the least. Yet ( and justifiably so ) it never strays away from the subject of paedophilia. Otherwise it could have been portrayed as pornographic.
Probably the best film I have seen in about 2 years, since Million Dollar Baby. And like the latter, Mysterious Skin has a very sad, yet unpredictable ending.
Well done.
