In these four videos David Manset of MaatG presents the Health-e-Child platform. He simulates a clinician logging onto the secure paediatric eHealth platform, searching the clinical records, performing some statistical analyses and using some of the tools for heart modelling, surgical simulation and image based similarity searching.
The Health-e-Child YouTube channel has been designed to be host a selection of different video clips from the presentations, talks and training sessions which took place over the course of the four year EC funded Health-e-Child project.
The first objective of the channel is to host clips which have been developed as Learning Objects. These Learning objectives have been designed to easily inform new clinical users of the Health-e-Child platform of its applications and how to go about using them. Additionally the project will also be posting more general presentations which are designed to be more informative, and less educational, about the projects eHealth work and setting within the Virtual Physiological Human research area. Finally a full summary of the project designed to tell the HeC story in laypersons' terms will be posted which will encompass all of the projects results.
