About Halo Bellydance

Hello everyone and thank you for visiting my channel!

I teach and perform in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill "Triangle" area of North Carolina in the USA. Some of the videos on my channel are of myself, and some are of my students.

The ancient art of Raqs Sharqi is a subtle, graceful dance form very much tied to Arabic culture and history. It can be practiced by all ages, shapes and sizes!

I also occasionally dance other traditional folkloric dances of the Middle East, such as Khaliji from the Gulf Region and Raqs al Assaya (Egyptian Cane Dance).
