About Me:
I had an island called 'Machinima Institute' in the Info Archipelago of the most beautiful virtual world on the planet, Second Life® where I provided do-it-yourself instruction materials on the basics of camera controls and machinima workflow specifically in Second Life®. I am now working on a new island and will be up and running soon....
I am an academic librarian at University of California Davis and also work with librarians, students, educators, artists & bright-eyed-creatives in Second Life®. I have an interest in motion graphics and video which has extended to 3D real-time video capture, known as "machinima", a portmanteau for "machine" & "cinema".
