Top work, gents - very impressive stuff. I grew up watching Jacques Cousteau & his team, and have always been interested in oceanography. My son is growing up to be Marine Boy or the Lad from Atlantis.

lonejedi1: There are live six-gilled sharks at the Monterey Bay Aquarium in California. Though not on par with this whopper, they're still quite large!

Beautiful Video, is there a specimen of this type of fish stored somewhere? or detailed knowledge of its eating habits as well as it's habitat, I think there should be more funded expeditions of this type to explore the Deep Abyss of the uncharted Ocean's depths.

Hey man, ever since I have seen the episode of "The Deep" on Planet Earth, I have been ever so interested in the abyss, the dark zone, and quite everything that has to do with the deep ocean. I have been looking for a channel on YT that is composed of researchers and whatnot exploring the deep sea, and I have finally found one! I am looking forward to seeing more from you guys! Keep up the great work!
