Television & New Media Host, Producer, and Correspondent - Sports, Automotive, Entertainment, & Lifestyle

Genevieve Chappell has been a successful television personality, host, producer, model and correspondent for over 8 years but has recently enjoyed an explosion in popularity (and the moniker 'Queen of Cars') for her role as the host of ESPN2's most popular automotive lifestyle shows, Bidding Wars and Mother's Polish" both part of ESPN2's Garage Block. She is the first female ever to host Mother's Polish, an automotive version of American Idol with its own celebrity judges. The shows air a minimum of 5-times per day and are both available in 91.7 million homes.

Genevieve first got her start as an on-air host and co-producer of syndicated sports shows while living in San Diego in 2000. For two seasons she interviewed stars on-air from The LA Lakers, Phoenix Suns, Olympics, NHL, NFL, MLB, WWE, as well as at large scale events like Vans Triple Crown of Motorcross and the X-Games. Shortly after moving back to her hometown of Huntington Beach, CA (known as being a trend hot-bed for fashion, extreme sports, skate, surf, and the automotive/race industries) in 2002 she became a spokesperson/model for a variety of automotive/race industry brands before being contacted by executives at ESPN.

Known for her wholesome, tomboy-meets bombshell edgy-ness, Genevieve brings a smart, down-to-earth yet undeniably feminine approach to reporting and hosting. Her crisp, conversational, and friendly style instantly puts her interview subjects at ease and allows her easy access and acceptance in to the 'boys club' of bigtime sports, automotive, and racing culture. Genevieve's keen interest in and ability to discuss sports and automotive extends to her personal life as well. Her athletic pursuits include: ice hockey, volleyball, roller hockey, mountain biking, H2O sports bodysurfing, snowboarding, golf, and even bowling. She also volunteers with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, National Breast Cancer Foundation, and Inner City Kids focusing youth literacy.
