The Naturals went to the background in the early months of 2006. After Scott Steiner brutalized Douglas in March, Stevens spent about two months in singles action in the X Division with limited success. When Douglas returned and they tagged again and "The Franchise" Shane Douglas (no relation to Douglas), a former NWA World Heavyweight Champion and TNA official, took an interest in them. After they lost to The Diamonds in the Rough on June 15, Shane confronted them, telling them they were squandering their talent. Invoking his friend and their former manager Chris Candido, he offered to be their new manager. With much audience approval, they accepted Shane's offer, and, after a month of intense training overseen by The Franchise, faced and defeated The Diamonds in the Rough in a rematch at Victory Road. The Naturals then entered a feud with Team 3D, even handing Team 3D their first loss in a Tables Match in TNA, but after a loss to Team 3D in a Tables Match one month later, Shane Douglas abandoned them, saying "This experiment is over".

After the end of the Shane Douglas angle TNA were said to be done with the Naturals as a team., saying that they had given the team several opportunities to show their charisma, but had not delivered. Upon hearing the team was supposedly over, Douglas publicly said he was done with TNA. The situation has since been rectified to an extent and after two house show appearances for TNA, one in January and one in March (2007), The Naturals returned to TNA on Xplosion, in mid-April 2007.

The Alpha Male Monty Brown theme GreatWres... - 136 views - 6 days ago
In 2002, Brown made several appearances with Total Nonstop Action Wrestling but did not become a permanent part of the company, with his last appearance coming on August 28. He returned to the company on March 10, 2004, attacking the Insane Clown Posse during a match in the process. He now had a gimmick of being from the Serengeti, dressed variously in leopard and tiger-print trunks, and possessed the mannerisms of an African predatory animal. Brown received a shot at Jeff Jarrett's NWA World Heavyweight Championship on January 16, 2005 at the Final Resolution pay-per-view, but was defeated. Two months later, Brown turned heel during the main event of March's Destination X event by attacking Diamond Dallas Page and helping Jarrett retain to his title.[11]

Brown soon joined the Planet Jarrett stable and spent several months feuding with Jarrett's enemies: Kevin Nash, Sean Waltman, Diamond Dallas Page, and A.J. Styles. Late in the year, he began teaming with fellow Planet Jarrett member Kip James, helping him battle the 3Live Kru in an attempt to convince Kru member B.G. James to reform his former tag team, the New Age Outlaws, with Kip. Brown and James faced Kru members Ron Killings and Konnan at Sacrifice in August in a match with B.G. as special guest referee, with both Kip and the remainder of the Kru urging him to take their respective side. B.G. eventually took the side of Konnan and Killings, costing Brown and James the match. Following the defeat, Brown insisted that he be the one to lead the team. On August 26 he turned his back on Jarrett, claiming that their agreement was broken.

At Unbreakable on September 11, Brown declared his intention to challenge for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship at Bound For Glory. After defeating Lance Hoyt at Bound For Glory, Brown took part in a ten-man Gauntlet for the Gold match for number one contendership to the Championship, but was eliminated from the match by Jeff Hardy, whom he took with him over the top rope. Brown did win number one contendership at November's Genesis with a singles victory over Jeff Hardy. After an altercation with the newly debuted Christian Cage, Brown agreed to put his title shot on the line in a match against Cage at Turning Point in December, where he lost it to him. On the December 17 episode of Impact!, Brown renewed his alliance with Jarrett, with both men (kayfabe) bitter towards "TNA management".

On the January 7, 2006 episode of Impact!, Jarrett and Brown enacted a skit mocking Sting, who had recently signed with TNA and was set to team with Christian Cage against Brown and Jarrett at Final Resolution. The Alpha Male posed as the Sting of 2006, complete with make-up and baby stroller. Sting and Cage defeated Brown and Jarrett at Final Resolution when Sting pinned Jarrett after a Scorpion Death Drop. After Christian Cage won the World Heavyweight Title, Brown received a shot at Destination X, but did not win the title. Following Destination X, Brown underwent surgery on his knee, which had previously "blown out". He returned to in-ring competition on April 29, 2006 in a match in Germany and TNA television on the May 18 episode of Impact! — where he (kayfabe) demanded to be included in the King of the Mountain match for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship at Slammiversary in June. After he failed to qualify for the King of the Mountain match, he engaged in a short feud with Rhino and Samoa Joe before his TNA contract expired and left the company.

Sting current theme 2009 GreatWres... - 738 views - 1 month ago
At Bound for Glory IV, Sting challenged Samoa Joe for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship and was successful in claiming the title, after Kevin Nash returned and hit Joe with Sting's baseball bat. On October 23, Sting joined The Main Event Mafia (Kurt Angle, Booker T, Sharmell, Kevin Nash, Scott Steiner, and himself) and by doing so, he fully turned heel for the first time in years since his three victories over Hulk Hogan, shortly after he dropped the "Hollywood Hogan" gimmick in WCW. Even though he is associated with a heel stable, Sting is more accurately described as a tweener since he has not participated in any of the MEM's sneak attacks and beatdowns and still continues to slap high-fives with fans. He also began omitting his face paint when appearing in non-wrestling roles and wearing a suit and sunglasses. However, he continues to wear the facepaint when wrestling. He became involved in a feud with Mick Foley, though signs of a slow face-turn are imminent, as he is also feuding with Angle (though at this time both are still members of the Main Event Mafia, with the other members seemingly staying neutral). At Lockdown 2009, he lost the TNA World Heavyweight Championship to Mick Foley inside the six-sides of steel. At Sacrifice, he pinned Kurt Angle to become the new Godfather of the Main Event Mafia.

MUGEN Goenitz & Wind vs. Clone Zero & Zeroko ReneO93V2 - 158 views - 1 month ago
Goenitz (ゲーニッツ, Gēnittsu) is a video game character who made his first appearance in the Neo Geo fighting game, The King of Fighters '96 as the last boss, following Chizuru Kagura. He is one of the Four Heavenly Kings of Orochi, with the power to command wind; his full title as a heavenly king is "Fuki Susabu Kaze no Goenitz (吹き荒ぶ風のゲーニッツ, Goenitz of the Wildly-Blowing Wind)". Though influenced by Orochi, he retains much of the mannerisms and civility of a priest, which is reflected in his winning poses and his elegant, somewhat flowery speech. He sports the same "messiah" attitude that aspires to "save" people and dispatch disbelievers. He shows great hostility towards characters of demonic origins such as Demitri Maximoff and Red Arremer.

Zero (ゼロ, Zero) is the final boss in The King of Fighters 2000. He is one of the higher-ranked agents of "NESTS", a fictional organization that desired to take over the world and the clone to Zero. In the developer's comments section on the King of Fighters anniversary site, KOF series's producer, C.A.C Yamasaki, admits basing Zero's design off a certain character (believed to be Han) from the manga Fist of the North Star. The names of his moves mirror the names of techniques used by the three Rashō, Kaioh, Hyou and Han (creators have also alluded to the homage as intentional). The developers have also made several jokes at the expense of one of Zero's attacks, wherein he stuns the opponent, and turns away, as an unseen burst of energy causes his bladed cloak to blow upward. This has been jokingly dubbed by the developers as the "Zero Fart," and is even lampooned in the 4-panel KOF comic strips. In spite of being Zero's clone, this Zero is very ambitious and betrayed NESTS to fulfill his ideals. He dislikes traitors, but is a traitor himself. As a master impersonator, Zero is able to mask his own personality and copy the personality of others.
