I went with my own rendition of this song. I did it differently because I hated how the insanely high notes make Jesus out to be really girly (in my opinion, of course). I heard Michael Ball's rendition of this piece and liked the masculinity in the sounds of keeping things in a broadway belt range instead of the counter tenor "girly" range, so I set out to create my own vision of this song. Don't get me wrong, those notes are impressive, but I just wanted to give Jesus' character a less whiny sound. Again, this is in my opinion and you are allowed to disagree with me, but that is the route I took. Thank you for your comment.
