NEAL PLAYS AS PART OF A TRADITIONAL GROUP, Trí, WITH NIAMH BOADLE AND CIARAN ALGAR.

They are booked to play at Alcester Festival in Jun 09, Godiva & Warwick Festivals and Biddulph Grange Folk In The Park in July 09, Bideford in Aug 09,Fylde Festival in Sep 09 and Bedworth Festival in Nov 09.

Neal will be playing solo at Tamworth on 11 Sep 09 (support for Hughie Jones) and Bedworth 11 Nov 09.

Neal plays Irish style fiddle, mandolin, B/C button accordion, guitar and bodhran. He has won several Fleadh competitions on these instruments.

However, he has his own style and plays at sessions and folk clubs in the Midlands for fun; he plays regularly at Tamworth, Bedworth and other local clubs. He never misses the Coventry Comhaltas Tues Session at Hearshall Inn, Craven Street.

From recent videos you can see that Neal has started to perform with Ciaran Algar and Niamh Boadle. They provide a mixed traditional song and varied instrumental set. Contact me by e-mail if you are interested in booking them for a concert or function

The song arrangements were subtle; the band was there in the right places without taking over. There was good variety throughout the set and the dancing added a lovely extra dimension and fitted perfectly. Above all what we feel is YOU PUT ON A SHOW! We were absolutely stunned by you!*******
