About Me:

I am a railfan turned railroader. I work for CN out of Melville Saskatchewan. I am a conductor. As I said I am a railfan turned railroader. So for all you foamers out there, if you ever want to be in this industry don't foam and pretend you know something. Actually learn it and give railroaders the respect.

Since it seems you may have the knowledge to answer this, Why did trains used to have cabooses? And what is the significance of the red flashing lights that have replaced them?

love the videos, keep 'em comming, and your right about making the switch from railfan to working for the railroads, even though we are fans, even for a long time, we still have alot to learn, and have to take the time to respect our co workers, and pay attention to the job and what they say to do,etc.
i've been trying to get on at either CN or CP for awhile, and i learned early on, don't really push the fact that your a foamer and know everything about the job, i made that mistake with trying to get on at BNSF.
other than that, great job keep up the good work
