Foxfur (John-Flor Sisante) is a singer-songwriter who grew up in Long Island. He now is campaigning for the Presidency of the United States, but no one has bothered to tell him that he cannot be president (he was born in the Philippines, and only U.S. citizens born in America can be president). That is ok, though. He would have used up more than 3/4ths of U.S. tax revenues to building a viable hotel in space, where he can vacation any time he wants.
