Jay Tripwire - Force (Forensic Records)
OUT NOW on Beatport.com
Canadian Jay Tripwires latest release and debut single for Forensic Records, takes Forensic back to its deep house roots, with a deep groover thats crafted full of percussion and tribal influences. For anyone whos been interested in quality house music for the last 10 years will have no doubt come across Jays productions across labels such as Swag /Nordic Trax and Tango, whist remixes for Yoshitishi and End Recordings highlight his connection with the tripped out west coast house sound.
Consistent with a dubby and bassline lead vibe, Force creates an addictive groove from half prog-esqe filtered synths that resonate throughout the track giving it a much darker and room filling presence than the deep conga beats would give away from the start. Jays blend of tech-house and soul come across in his alternative deep mix, where he opts for slightly less aggressive beats and highlights the important live elements to deep house.
Having produced Forensics biggest selling single of 2007 Ivision which rocketed up through Beatports charts.. Remo adds a remix to complete the package.
Whist remaining deep and focused on the bass and beats setting the tone.. the remix moves in a minimal direction complete with plenty of dub-delays and percussive FX.

Lexicon Avenue - Pursuit (Jim Rivers Remix) Forensic Records
OUT NOW on Beatport.com
Lexicon Avenue return to Forensic, following up their recent release Get On / Get Off on Renaissance. Pursuit is the final Lexicon Avenue release produced by the trio of Scott Bradford, Chris Scott and Mark Armstrong, as Armstrong has recently retired from the music industry, leaving Bradford and Scott to carry the baton.
As with all Lexicon Avenue tracks, Pursuit is aimed at the peak time, big room dance floors, with its punchy beats, rhythmic stabs, and lush, hypnotic synth lines that cut through the eerie atmospheric pads giving the track a slight Detroit feel
To add to the package we have enlisted the talents of a true leader from the new breed of producers, Jim Rivers, better known for his productions and remixes on labels such as Saw, Global Underground, Saved, Urban Torque, Audio Therapy and most notably Bedrock. Jims interpretation takes Pursuit in a deeper direction whilst retaining all the melodies and feeling of the original.

Little Green Men - Night Drive (Forensic Records)
OUT NOW on Beatport.com
For the last 14 years these two northern chaps have managed to stay at the forefront of underground house music; spreading their production talents across genres from deep, mellow and groovy house to dark tribal flavours. This hard work and development of their sound, under either of their production guises, be it Lexicon Avenue, New Phunk Theory or in this case Little Green Men; has allowed them to deliver solid house tracks and consistently pop up in the boxes of the worlds biggest Djs for many years. This time around Scott Bradford & Chris Scott, clearly portray their understanding of what works on a dance floor, with two tracks that get straight to the point.
Night Drive demands the attention of any deep house fan, and is clearly the outcome of their drive to prove what their best at gentle moving synth stabs and pleasant house sounds succeed in blending melody with groove. This almost Nocturnal approach labels it equally as much an early morning cruiser as club filling winner.
Illusions is a skilfully engineered slice of house music with a much needed summer vibe. A dominant deep bass and lush uplifting synthetic strings take the track to a refreshing anti-hypnotic breakdown.

Muzzaik - The Brooklyn Story (Forensic Records)
OUT NOW on Beatport.com
Muzzaiks debut release for Forensic is The Brooklyn Story, a deep slice of hypnotic house music, with twisted percussive beats under pinning the haunting melodies that carry the main hook of the track. All in all an ideal record to bridge the gap between a warm up and peak time set. Stepping up for remix duties are Forensic boss Scott Bradford and production partner Chris Scott who give The Brooklyn Story their Lexicon Avenue make over. Scott and Chris have been on a roll during 2008, achieving huge success with recent Lexicon productions Get On (Renaissance), Pursuit(Forensic) and remixes of Harris & Domans Blown. Not forgetting their Little Green Men productions Night drive / Illusions (Forensic) Also watch out for their forthcoming Lexicon Avenue re-rubs of Andy Chatterleys Access The Future and Marco Baileys Ipanema
Muzzaik are Hungarian DJs and producers Daniel (Daniel Dalmady) and Sullivan (Zsolt Milichovszki). Due to their sound and talent Muzzaik have been given the opportunity to produce on some of the Worlds most famous labels (Stealth, Tommyboy, Saw, Kontor, Azuli, Vendetta, Hed Kandi, Pias, Ministry Of Sound, CR2, Sony, Warner, Toolroom, Stereo, and many others.)
They have worked with Grammy award winner Roger Sanchez, Stereo Productions head honchos Chus & Ceballos, the danish DJ and producer Noir, Pacha NY resident DJ and producer Exacta, Ultra Nate, Chab, Tiger Stripes, Syke & Sugarstarr and many more. In 2006, their tune entitled You Can Turn Me On reached number eight on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play list. The guys are not only busy producers, they can also be found rocking dance floors across the globe, with bookings at many famous festivals and clubs.
As their love and passion for House music increases constantly, you should definitely keep an eye on these guys!

Andy Chatterley - Access The Future (CR2 / Forensic Records)
OUT NOW on Beatport.com
With well over 100 releases and showing no signs of slowing down, Cr2 Records headed by Mark Brown know how to spot a big record and immediately jumped to snap up Access The Future by Andy Chatterley from Forensic Records. Wasting no time the single will have a full release this December, just in time to knock all your Christmas socks off
The reaction and support to the record has been phenomenal: As well as being crowned an Essential New Tune by Pete Tong, and featured heavily on his Radio 1 play lists in just a short period of time, support has come far and wide including Carl Cox, popping it at top position in his Global Chart.
With the digital revolution out went dusty record shops and elegantly designed 12 sleeves, unfortunately taking with them dance musics talent blueprint otherwise known as production credits. Still standing out from the crowd though, Grammy Award nominated producer and remixer Andy Chatterley over the past 10 years, has consistently cropped up in the credits of such elite and firmly stamped himself amongst some of the most skilfully produced electronic music around.
Packaged under names including Skylark, Buick Project and Edison; Andy is certainly no stranger to the dance music scene and has recently stepped into the solo spotlight with due success. Access The Future illustrates Andys solo talent and understanding of complete dance floor destruction. With heavy initial support the aptly described 100% club banger has already been showcased as Pete Tongs Essential New Tune.
Access The Future is a peak time house track that twists and bends itself into a haunting percussive climax, with the intriguingly industrial hook never letting go. While his regular Skylark production partner Nic Fanciulli is off topping up his air miles around the globe, Andy Chatterley can be found studio bound amassing his already incredibly impressive musical repertoire.
Fresh from their recent release on Renaissance, Lexicon Avenue take to the controls with an equally powerful interpretation, complete with sharp driving drums and an underlying techno rhythm.
