Police and courts are not concerned about public safety and well being. They are motivated by keeping the profit incentive going under the smoke screen of "rampant crime." Take away the money that the municipalities, states, lawyers, police/magistrate, social workers, prisons (which are all being privatized) are making and arrests will go down dramatically.

In regards to drugs, if any of you don't know this by now it was the CIA that brought drugs into this country in the early 80's. Bush senior, Clinton, Bob Casey (at that time CiA director,) mafia figures and CIA officials were all involved. The documentation concerning this voluminous.

At the end of the day we have no rights. Local police and municipal magistrates can do whatever they want. I used to thin if I armed myself with info like this it would protect me. If a magistrate does not allow you to speak like many in Allegheny County, PA you are up shit creek, no matter how how well informed you are about legal matters and recent precedents. Police and Jusges are too dum and lazy to do their own homework in regard to the law.

Knowing your rights gos a long way. I worked security for a rave managing all incoming traffic. The police arrived and stated they were going in to inspect. I told them "I'm sorry this is privet property and you were not invited" They stated "Are you going to stop us!" I replayed "No you are officers of the law but you do not have permission to inter" They asked "Are you the owner of the property and was there a permit for this rave?" I stated "Raves are illegal sir and i was told there is a permit how ever I am not the owner of the property but i am his representative." they asked "Do you have a guard card and are you on parole or probation?" I smiled and said "of course i have a guard card sir and I have no record" they scoffed at this as I'm 6'4" 300lb with a green Mohawk and a studded leather coat. So they ran my information and I was clean. so they stayed out side the party. Here's where i went wrong I started singing I fought the Law and i won and got my ass kicked .

I don't think this video is for people who hate cops. It's for individuals who are unclear as to what their legal rights are when interacting with police officers. Most of the time, officers are unclear to the laws and procedures themselves and just "wing" it. Educate yourself and possibly them the next time you are stopped.

To all of you that hate the police: I am very pro rights and against abuse of power by any authority. Some of you may have had a bad experience with a cop which colors your opinion of them, but I must say that they are not your enemy. When you are getting your door kicked in by a burglar who do you call first: Your lawyer or the police?
