The Sisters of St. Benedict of Ferdinand are a thriving religious community of 160 women, who live the fifteen-hundred-year-old monastic tradition of the Rule of St. Benedict, a spiritual path for finding God in daily life.
Our sisters minister in diverse ways — teaching, serving in parishes, offering retreats, providing health care, counseling, working with immigrant populations, and helping the homeless, the poor, and those recovering from addictions. We currently serve in Indiana, Kentucky, Rome, and Peru.
Our community continues to welcome new members. We have nine women in initial formation, the first stages of membership.
