Put three guys and a girl into a little stuffy cellar and give them guitars and drums. What comes out? hmm, there might be some strumming and drumming... Now: take Larissa, Sebastian, Thorsten and Jens and put them together in that little stuffy room and you'll get some really fine tunes of melodic guitar pop music. You will hear the sound of romance, of joy, of sadness, of tragedy and lots more in short 3 and a half minutes rock epics - brought to you by the concerted voices of Larissa and Sebastian. Fens turn their 'every day' emotions into 'out of the ordinary' songs. And Thorsten and Jens are the rhythmic foundation, keeping the beat tight and easy. Fens actually rehearse in a small mouldy basement practice room, which gave them the title for their self produced record: 'bad jokes small room'.
