I found the food video was very interesting. It opened up my eyes. Thx I purchased the FLTS package and am going to be starting the OPT next week. I also changed from a dial scale to a digital. I agree that the number is a bigger eye opener. Keep up the good work and I look forward to the new book when you get it organized.

You video make sense though. I actually fill my cup over the rim. I guess It's best to change my ways. Thanks very informative.
