i wanna commit suicide ive given up hope i got a inguinal hernia last august and freaked out i had to quit my job because i work construction and all we do is lift heavy stuff i was soon homeless !!!! homeless jobless and with a hernia!!! recently my grandma has taken me in but i have to get a job ive tried hospitals but all refuse surgery because its not strangulated yet !!! i dont know if i can even work since all ive ever known were hard construction jobs please give me some advice like how to take care of myself or can i work im to scared to work because my hernia is growing

Also, Can you still excercise if you have inguinal hernia?
I know you can't lift things, but can you still do pushups or cardio excercises or ab excercises?

The video on curing hernia.. Does this work for inguinal hernia? And what is it meant "there are no intestines coming out through the hernia"? Isnt that what a hernia is? Also, how effective are these workouts, and how long will it take to cure the hernia? Thanks
