I am a Florida High School Weightlifting Coach and USAW Regional Coach. I have been involved with weightlifting either as a competitor or coach for over 10 years. I have coached lifters at the state, national, and international level. Weightlifting is at the heart of who I am and what I do. As a coach I always want to provide every opportunity for my athlete's to improve while keeping his or her best interest in mind.
