This Youtube Channel has been designed to help those students studying my courses at the East Lancashire Institute of Higher Education.

I am a student in my final year, training as a counsellor and although a lot of these are areas which i have covered numerous times, it sometimes helps to have definitions of skills defined in a understanding way in order to clarify my own understanding!
