Well, I'm going to sleep now. Good night :P

Yeah, the present belongs to old men like yourself. The future however, belongs to us younger people.

And I laughed at your response to BritishEuropean's two comments. Everything anyone who is pro-EU says is either naive shit, propaganda or general lies in your eyes. Dig yourself a hole and stay down there, it would make us all a favour.

no, when and if you're right, I will agree with you

otherwise, you will be informed of your enthusiastic but youthful errors, of which there are many

Quote: an amusing figure but not one with the personal qualities needed to run a country the size of the UK

I said he's 'relatively charismatic'. Not that he has the ability to run the UK. From your comment, we seem to agree, though you would obviously back yourself into a corner to prove otherwise. =D

again, youth, inexperience and lack of political antenna and it shows in your reference to Mr Farage ..... an amusing figure but not one with the personal qualities needed to run a country the size of the UK

you'll get there euroBoy, maturity is a function of age and experience.......you'll stumble and fall quite a bit but if you have the determination to keep going you'll get there......possibly

good luck

As for UKIP and the BNP, I refer to them due to them being relatively new political parties. UKIP being founded in 1993. They've pressed a strong anti-EU message, with the relatively charismatic Nigel Farage heading the party since 2006. At the height of their power, and with the big political parties in disarray, they've so far managed a 2.2% general election vote, and second place in the European election. Are you suggesting you will beat this? Not only beat it, but manage to take political control of the UK? You're absolutely deluded.

Quote: and you really must try to develop more of a political antenna because if you truly had your finger on the pulse of popular opinion here in the UK you would know that the majority have had it with the so-called mainstream parties

But that really isn't true now, is it? The Conservative party were the single biggest party in the European Parliament election, and they're on course to win the next general election. I understand you foresee their demise by 2015, in order for your 'NEW' party to come to power. However the realists among us view this as pure spin. You're confusing your dreams with reality. The Conservative or Labour party has governed the UK for a century. You will not change that in 5 years. Not if your two year history of 'smash the EU' on EUtube is any indication of your political skill.

euroBoy, my rise in other fields has indeed been meteoric, if rather low key, but I want it kept that way......for now

and you really must try to develop more of a political antenna because if you truly had your finger on the pulse of popular opinion here in the UK you would know that the majority have had it with the so-called mainstream parties

as for UKIP anf the BNP, the points you raise have been addressed in previous posts and I don't intend to repeat that particular message (when I have other, more important messages to repeat)
opalen903 (1 hour ago)
Hmm, that's very intresting, I'll look into it more.

If you don't like it don't blame me - take it up with the Russians and the publishers - it's all there in black and white.
One of Jack Jones's brightest proteges, after all, was Gordon Brown.
The decision to give the young Scotsman his first and only safe seat, Dunfermline East, was made by two TGWU senior officials - one of them was Jack Jones, the other the drunken Alec Kitson. Both were friends of the Kremlin.
The union's patronage was ubiquitous. Neil Kinnock and Tony Blair, as well as Cabinet ministers Margaret Beckett, Harriet Harman and John Reid, were all sponsored by TGWU and made their Labour Party careers thanks to it.
