I've been following the AMV scene for almost a decade, but through a series of incredible mishaps and general calamities didn't manage to make a video until 2007, making me possibly one of the most spectacular failures in AMV history. Thanks to an appalling streak of stubbornness, however, I persevered and to date have managed to finish four videos, two of which can be found here.

Please do not post my AMVs on YouTube - if I want them here, I will put them here and we don't need multiple copies of the same videos floating around. Thanks! (A better way to get your AMV fix is to visit www.animemusicvideos.org.)

Lol, are you OCD, too? I am - that's why I never finish these. Now I feel bad for not sticking it out when I didn't spend nearly the amount of time you did. >_> Time to go dig out some old ideas and abandoned projects, I guess. ;) (Watch as I become the next Okaton winner just cause I wasn't lazy and bored and did what and AMV maker's SUPPOSED to do.)

I spent more than 200 hours on 'Bustin, around 100 on Takeout. This is primarily because I'm not very good at video editing, so it takes me three times as long to do things as it would someone with natural talent for this sort of thing. I'm also picky and insist on having things exactly the way I want them.

Yep, they're both my little gremlins. If I ever get around to making all the other videos ransacking the corners of my brain, I'll have others to share as well. If you like these videos, there are two others I've made which are not available on YouTube that can be watched - via streaming or download - at animemusicvideos.org. Neither is the level of 'Bustin or Takeout, but they both continue to support my view that inspiration can be found in the darndest places. :)
